Why we built it
Jasara was founded by Keith Brink, who started out selling on Amazon and built software to fix the problems he kept running into. AZLabels came first, in 2017, for label printing and inventory. PrepBusiness followed, built alongside a California prep centre, and it now runs the floor at prep centres and 3PLs around the world.
That gave us a clear view of one half of the relationship. Prep centres had a system. The merchants sending them stock still had a dashboard per channel, an export per question, and a shared login they would rather not have handed over. MerchantHQ is the other half: your side of the operation, with your partners connected to it.
