Why we built it
Jasara Technology was founded by Keith Brink, who started out selling on Amazon and built software to fix the problems he kept running into. AZLabels was built first in 2017 to handle label printing issues in the warehouse. PrepBusiness followed soon afterwards, built in collaboration with prep centres that Keith was working with as a merchant, and it now runs operations at prep centres and 3PLs around the world.
That gave us a clear view of one half of the relationship. Prep centres had a system. The merchants they were serving still had one dashboard per warehouse, duplicated information across each warehouse they worked with, and no visibility into the entire supply chain. MerchantHQ is the other half: your side of the operation, with your partners connected to it.
